Parque Viva is according to their website (https://www.parqueviva.com/) the only multi venue in Latin America. It holds concerts, racing events, etc. It was closed by the government of Costa Rica on July 8 after an anonymous complaint because of the amount of vehicular traffic that it generates.

The venue is owned by Grupo Nacion, which also owns La Nacion. La Nacion is a  newspaper which has been quite critical of Rodrigo Chaves Robles–the current president of Costa Rica–since his run for office last year. The president has also been quite vocal on his disagreements with the newspaper and just two days before the closure of the venue he had expressed doubts that Grupo Nacion could pay bonds owed to the government.

I will resolve this market to Yes iff Parque Viva holds any event (for example a concert) announced through their website before the end of the year.
