What if it's created but then speedily deleted? Should we have a clause that says it must stay up for N days?

I assume this resolves for Dingboard as a tool/entity and not just the website? meaning, if dingboard.com redirects somewhere else or the tool is integrated into another site but still exists as Dingboard, will you resolve this yes?
