Resolution Criteria
This market resolves YES if a new, previously undisclosed assassination attempt against Donald Trump is publicly revealed between market creation and resolution date. It resolves NO if no new assassination attempt is disclosed during this period.
Background
Two known assassination attempts against Donald Trump have occurred in 2024:
July 13, 2024: An attempt at a campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania, where the perpetrator Thomas Matthew Crooks fired shots, grazing Trump's ear before being killed by Secret Service. One bystander died and several others were injured.
September 15, 2024: An attempt at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, where Ryan Wesley Routh allegedly positioned himself with an SKS-style rifle. He was spotted by Secret Service before firing any shots and subsequently arrested on charges including attempted first-degree murder and terrorism.
This market concerns only new, previously undisclosed attempts that might be revealed, not these already known incidents.
