Resolves YES if a new law is passed for a wine bottle deposit scheme across all of Germany before the election in 2025. The law may become active later (e.g. beginning of 2026).
Regional/state initiatives (like in Baden-Württemberg) are not sufficient.
Closes by October 2025 since that is roughly the election date for the next government and the end for current government.

@marktwse Bought wine after (because of?) the election; there was no bottle deposit and I haven't heard of a planned law. Should be safe to resolve.
