Will the Federal Reserve cut rates by July 31, 2024?

Resolves the same as the original on Kalshi.

Resolution criteria

If the Federal Reserve cuts its target federal funds rate range at least once between August 29, 2023 and July 31, 2024, then the market resolves to Yes.
