This July, Bangladeshi students have erupted in protest over the re-establishment of quotas in government jobs. In response, around ~1000 people have been killed in the past two weeks by the pro-quota Chhatra League and Bangladesh Police. Will this conflict be considered a civil war by the end of the year?
Resolves YES iff the New York Times and BBC News each have two articles spaced more than a week apart referring to it as a civil war.
