Grey currently already has made another video about flags. That video is currently a bonus video, but so too was the (upgraded to main channel video a month after) Hex Chess video.

This market is currently saying that Grey is roughly a coinflip to not release an already-made sequel to what is by far his most successful video of the year (double the second most successful video in terms of views) within the next two months, which are also the highest paying months of the year in terms of CPM. Also, the last 'sequel' video Grey did performed better than the original video.

I don't see why he doesn't release this before EOY.

But he hasn't publicly released the one you linked yet, and it's been a while. So that doesn't seem guaranteed.
