I am hoping to pursue my hobby of game development in the new year. I have an amateur’s grasp of programming, a moderate amount of experience as an artist, and my career has very little to do with computer science.

I will resolve this as ‘yes’ if I develop and release a game on a public platform in 2024, no matter how small. I am not the kind of person to release a game that I made following a tutorial, but I cannot rule out that I’ll release a clone of a simple game, such as Frogger, if I determine it has any merit or originality.

I will only invest in this market once, and only a small amount, as motivation to complete this goal.
