My plan, if something like https://www.wsj.com/business/media/apollo-offers-11-billion-for-paramounts-hollywood-studio-24206eab happens, is to resolve based on whoever purchases the majority of the value of Paramount. So if that purchase goes through for 11 billion, I'd resolve to Apollo Global Management.
