Björn Höcke is the leader of the right-wing party Alternative für Deutschland in Thuringia. By courts decision it is legally possible to call him a fascist and the Office for the Protection of the Constitution considers his party to be 'verified right-wing extremist'.
Polling sees his party at a major lead with 36%, 16 points ahead of the runner up.

This question will be resolved on the basis of news coverage after the election on 22nd of September 2024. It will be resolved when there's credible reporting of a new PM in office and that that PM has appointed all ministers. The question will resolve YES, if Björn Höcke is elected PM or assume office as a minister. It will resolve NO in all other cases (e.g. him assuming office as a state secretary).
I will not bet on this market.
His party is still polling at 36% according to this article about the debate. Y’all sure he’s not going to become a minister?
