Thanks for the rec!

Collectively eat at least 30 mangos

I think 4 of us just had 4.5

Visit Museo Anahuacalli, spooky weird building designed by Diego Rivera and a great collection of pre-columbian art

in the "obvious but still somehow underrated" camp, i'd recommend chapultec castle! we put it in almost by default on our last day, since it seemed like a natural thing to do, but i hadn't specifically heard anyone praise it, & we had an awesome time. really cool insight into the history of the city, some surprisingly moving murals about the revolution (mike duncan's "revolutions" podcast had a great season giving some background), and nice opportunities for pics.

(also of course do the anthropology museum next to the park, but i heard constant raves about it before going so i don't think it needs any additional praise)

for food near la condesa, contramar (seafood) is pretty famous & trendy but can confirm it lives up to the reputation. but no need to obsess too much over food options because the floor for "basic corner taco shop" felt extremely high

I'm planning to personally eat 104 Pepto Bismal tablets 😂:

@JamesGrugett stressful 😂

what neighbourhood are you staying in?

@JamesGrugett I have a ton of recommendations but maybe disproportionately food and drink related lol

@shankypanky Happy to hear them!
