Between 2024 and 2050 (inclusive), will the USA hold another constitutional convention?

Note: this question does not ask about ratification of any new constitution or amendments. All that is required is that 34 state legislatures vote to hold a formal Article V convention, it happens, and what was discussed there is publicized in some manner by multiple reputable sources.

The event itself must happen before EOY 2050, but public discussion of its happenings need not occur before EOY 2051.

This has to be an official Article V process.

Article V deals with amendments, not proposing an entirely new Constitution. If the convention is called in accordance with Article V but proposes repealing the 1787 Constitution and replacing it with a new one, which goes counter to Article V, does that count?

(Reminder that the 1787 Convention was in violation of the amendment procedure of the previous Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, as it should be)

Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

I didn’t say anywhere in my description that the resolution decision would be based on proposing an “entirely new constitution.” A convention held solely for amendment purposes (even just for a single amendment) would satisfy the criteria as written.

If a convention is called in accordance with the Article V procedure, but enacts a new Constitution, does that count as "an official Article V process", yes or no? I have my view, but yours isn't clear to me at all.

The question also applies to the Convention doing things that are not provided for in Article V: for example, abolishing the Senate, or making it be elected by nationwide proportional representation, or establishing a different ratification procedure for its proposed amendments, or, you know, any of the million things a Constitutional Convention can do.
