8 resolves NO, 7 and 9 resolve YES

10 resolves NO, 6 resolves YES

If you have seen a question that got up too 99% besides the ones resolved, please put a screenshot in the comments so I know that it reached 99% because I realize that question 2 got to 99% but when I checked before it was at 14% instead.

Where is @TylerGraham ? I want to be clear here that @CraigDemel hit 99% first and I was just messing around with the ambiguity.

I have now bid #1 to 99%, and counter-claim that #2 should now resolve yes!

@CraigDemel clearly this is evidence that manifold needs to introduce resolution limit orders for market creators
