There can be a waiting list, as long as the requirements for signing up are reasonable and I can sign up and use it by 2025.
If xAI is merged or transferred to any other company primarily owned by Elon Musk, it still counts as xAI. If other Elon Musk company releases chatbot, but xAI still independently exists, it does not count as xAI's chatbot.
