The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) is a partially recognized state in the Western Sahara, which is currently disputed and administered by Morocco. According to Wikipedia, the SADR has been recognized by 84 different UN member states at various times, but that number has been decreasing. As of EOY 2023 the SADR maintains diplomatic relations with 46 UN member states, and is a full member of the African Union. Will this number still be 40 or more by 2030?
