Planning to resolve yes based on the reuters reporting, any objections?

I extended the close time, as, like the market, i strongly suspect the answer is yes, but have not seen any evidence to justify a resolution

The most likely outcome is there is such a project but on release the development dates are not disclosed (as per closedAI's traditions).
