What is meant here by new towns? I don't think there are any plans for New Towns (a la Milton Keynes), just investing in the towns and regional cities. Is that what is meant?

@bdf I think the bet is that Labour pursue new town development a la Milton Keynes - if that's in the manifesto, then the market resolves YES on this issue. Allows Labour to increase housing delivery and concentrate it in Conservative seats. It might not be a bad move politically?

New towns, national energy, this is innovative, anything actually behind it beyond just manifold being creative in making questions?
