This seems to be closing this month but It refers to 2028.

Does Kamala count as Indian for the purposes of this market?

@Quillist presumably e.g. Vivek Ramaswamy could potentially resolve this to yes in 2028?

If you're thinking of this mainly as, "will Harris win election in 2028", you can arbitrage with this market: https://manifold.markets/predyx_markets/who-will-be-the-us-presidential-ele-fb4966f81a9a

IMO should be near 25% as Harris will have to win two (near) coin flips in a row-probably won't be nominated if she loses this year.

By from India, you mean having Indian decent, not actually having to be born in India, correct? Bigger question being if Kamala Harris would count as โ€œIndianโ€

@Jessef0226 yes, felt was obvious because you need to be a natural born citizen to even run

@Quillist I would still change the title or description to be clear that you mean that they have Indian descent. It is technically possible to run for president without being born in the US as long as one of your parents was a US citizen at the time of your birth (i.e. Ted Cruz was born in Canada).
