So, either the motion to overturn based on the new SCOTUS ruling counts as "an appeal" for this question, OR it doesn't and the likely delay in sentencing (from the originally scheduled July 11th to some time later) means Trump won't be sentenced within the original month, and thus likely won't appeal to a higher court until then (in NYS, you get up to 30 days after sentencing to appeal, and I'm not sure if you can appeal, formally, between conviction and sentencing).
Anyway, I've liquidated my YES position (at a tiny Ṁ1 profit).
