Will Humane Ai as we know it be absorbed or shutdown before 2025?

This seems bad. I'd be shocked if they survive long at this rate. https://www.theverge.com/2024/8/7/24211339/humane-ai-pin-more-daily-returns-than-sales
I think Humane might be cooked. Literally, at this point. https://www.theverge.com/2024/6/5/24172377/humane-ai-pin-battery-case-issue-warning
Oh wow. That was quick. Humane reportedly attempting to sell to HP for $1b https://www.theverge.com/2024/6/6/24172718/humane-ai-pin-selling-hp-rumor-1-billion

They've lost a couple of execs, have been trying to sell, and have a pretty much doomed product. I think the only way this resolves No is if they fail to find a buyer (admittedly not too unlikely) and somehow manage to scrape by until January (less likely).
I put at it at 50% that they will fold before 2025. They have a lot of employees but they raised $100m.
