I don't think k-12 was discussed substantially at the first debate. Everything was about college.

If Biden and Trump talk about K-12 at both debates, this will resolve YES.

Some brief allusions to gender, minors and schools yesterday but not quite substantial enough to count.

It was a substantial point of discussion at the first two GOP debates. Two more and this resolves YES.
