Apparently the count from October 23 to March 24 is 196 aid workers dead (unknown how many but most due as a result of air strikes). So unless they shift away from air strikes big time or we get a soon and lasting intermission in fighting, I don't see how this resolves no.

Context: Israel plans to adjust Gaza war tactics after killing of aid workers

Will they fail to adjust? Will another aid worker die in Gaza by air strike in 2024?

@sarius
they actually did, there are very few airstrikes now. and also many aid organizations withdraw from gaza, so it might be no

Does this only count if it is a foreign aid worker who dies?

@JacobMalach as opposed to a Gazan one? Very likely the aid worker will have been foreign, as I’m unaware of any Gazan aid organizations, but that shouldn’t be prohibitive.

@mattyb Many aid organizations employ locals. Eg, UNRWA.

@JacobMalach Gazans count as people and therefore Gazan aid workers count as aid workers.

Does it count if they're an active combatant or do they have to be purely civilian?
